Eason Law is built around close, practical advice rather than volume. We work as a small team, which keeps us near the detail of every piece of work we take on.
Scott Eason and Vickie Eason are co-directors of the consultancy. Scott qualified as a barrister and as a solicitor, and is non-practising in both. That background shapes how the consultancy works, with a focus on getting company and commercial matters set up clearly and correctly. The work is advisory and consultancy in nature.
The approach is the same whether the task is a single agreement or a wider piece of structural work. Understand what you are trying to achieve, get into the detail, and hand back something clear that you can act on.
Regulatory status
Eason Law is a consultancy and is not a regulated law firm. It is not a firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and it is not authorised by the Bar Standards Board. Eason Law does not carry out reserved legal activities and does not act as a regulated law firm.
Scott Eason is non-practising as both a barrister and a solicitor. The consultancy carries professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the work it undertakes, and details of that cover are available on request.
